As it seems to happen, about two weeks out I was ready to cancel my trip as a hyperextended knee was causing me hamstring aching and grabbing. As the time passed it let up enough that I could do some "baby jumps". It held up fine for the meet but I was probably too cautious and ended up on light poles that were pretty mushy, even from my "long run" of 61'. Was 4th in the M50 division. I met a lot of great people and caught up with friends. Below is me at 11' 2", sadly my best of the day.
